Filled with joy
and zeal, our Sisters serve God and His people in our community
apostolate by teaching religion to all ages, catechist
formation, evangelization, Sacramental Retreats for children,
Family Retreat Camps, summer camps, youth leadership formation,
video catechesis and medical work to complement our apostolate
in the missions. Our membership is international; with the
mother house in Southern California, and missions in Taiwan and
Hungary.
Our congregation was founded in 1940, in Hungary, by Sister Ida Peterfy. We profess the public vows of chastity, poverty and obedience, wear a simple habit with a Sacred Heart badge. Minimum entrance requirements: high school graduate, 18-30 years old.
