Mother Adela Foundress SCTJM

The Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary is a religious institute of Diocesan right, in process of full canonical status, founded by Mother Adela Galindo, in the Archdioceses of Miami.  She is also the Foundress of the Family of the Two Hearts, whose members are associated to the spirituality and the apostolic mission of the Congregation.

We are a contemplative community with an apostolic projection. The Spiritual Charism of our Congregation is to offer ourselves, with profound love and joy as, a living sacrifice of reparation and consolation to the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary by choosing in all things the perfection of love.

Some fundamental elements of our spiritual charism include:  Eucharistic adoration and contemplation; a ready openness to the power of the Holy Spirit and to the charisms; Total consecration and marian identification; to love, think and live in the heart of the Church; daily seeking of conversion in the active exercise of virtue; living and doing all things in a spirit of prayer, of heroic love and of humble service in the fulfillment of duty; fraternal love with joy and simplicity of heart; mature, generous and responsible disposition to embrace every mission entrusted; integral formation, covering all areas of the consecrated person; apostolic ardor: enflaming the world with the love of the Two Hearts.

Our Apostolic Charism is to be Ardent Witnesses of the New Evangelization in order to make the Magisterium and Treasures of the Church known and loved, so as to promote in the whole world, the Reign of the Two Hearts as the building force of a “new Civilization of Love and Life.”  Our Apostolate stands on two pillars:  Doctrine and Spirituality in order to form a new way of life.

Some of our works of Evangelization are:  International and national Conferences, Eucharistic, Marian and Charismatic; Retreats in Preparation for the Consecration to the Blessed Virgin Mary; Parish missions and Spiritual Enrichment Retreats; Formation courses; Education and Catechesis; Use of all Means of Communication:  radio and television programs; Information and Formation Center on the Web; Promotion of the Dignity of the Human Person;  Eucharistic Cenacles and Vigils of Prayer and Reparation; Pilgrimages to foster love for the treasures of the Church; Music Ministry; Consecrations to the Two Hearts:  Consecration of countries, dioceses, priests, schools, marriages, families and others; Works of Mercy; Community industries:  religious items, baked goods, printing.

We welcome young, single women between the ages of 18 and 35, who desire to offer their lives in humble and joyful love, prayer, and reparation to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, in service of the New Evangelization for the maximum good of the Church and of humanity.  They should have a high school diploma and preferably some higher-level of studies and have never been married.

“All for the Heart of Jesus through the Heart of Mary” (motto SCTJM)
