Charism:
Service of Christ in his poor,sick and abandoned brothers and sisters. Poverty,humility and a loving union with God are special signs of our Francisican spirituality.
Apostolic works:
We engage in
apostolic service in hospitals,
Nursing Home and mental institutions, as well as in private
house and hospice.
We can also teach and readily join parish apostolate.
As Daughters of
St. Francis of Assisi, our principal aim
is the glory of
God and personal holiness. To reach this end,
we have
dedicated ourselves to a life of prayer,
and we witness
to the primacy of God through the
evangelical
counsels of chastity, poverty and obedience.
We have been
called to bring good tidings
of God's
goodness and mercy to all people.
In the spirit of
our founder, St. Francis
we are committed
to serve our poor, sick and abandoned brothers
and sisters in a
nursing apostolate.
Requirements:
necessary physical and mental health
18-30 years of
age.
